UK Craft Fairs come in all shapes and sizes and you’ll find a wide variety listed on site. They include Craft Fairs held in small village halls, large exhibition centres, in marquees within the grounds of Stately Homes or as part of other events, such as Country Shows, Steam Fairs, Garden Shows, County Shows, etc.
At any UK Craft Fair there will be a selection of people selling a wide range of work in lots of different media – Glass, Ceramics, Jewellery, Papercrafts, Textiles, Woodworking, Toys, Clothes, Paintings, Sculpture… lots to choose from for your home or garden, for yourself or as a gift. Many of the top Craft Fairs will have designer-makers selling and often demonstrating their own hand-crafted work, whilst other events may also include hand-crafted work from overseas, food producers, entertainment and perhaps have-a-go areas. Organisers of the major UK Craft Fairs generally prefer to exclude imported, manufactured goods, aiming to promote only the best of hand made British Crafts.
