How To Order

2)Get our quotation and price list by our email or telephone.
3)Trial Order confirmed by our Email and negotiate payment and shipping rate.
4)Get your prepay by Paypal online and get products and shipment ready.
5)Orders confirmed by Telephone and get your request of products shipping.
Payment Methods
1)Credit Cards.
Visa, MasterCard are accepted. (Please note: For first time orders, 'Ship To' address must be the same as the "Billing" address of your credit card.)
2)Pre-payment by Paypal:
We accept Paypal online, but it is one pre-payment only. Before shipment, you must prepay all your money to our Paypal account. After the shipping bill from Express company (EMS, DHL, UPS, DHL) is occur, you must finish your Paypal payment.
3)West Union or Bank Transfer
With payment by West Union or Bank Transfer. Please allow 5-10 business days for the money check to clear before your order can be shipped.
4)Letter of Credit
If you place one factory order from us, we can also accept payment by Letter of Credit(L/C). The proceeding and procedure will be conducted by our partner exporting company.
FFCraftsupply Return Policies
Returns.
You may return any FFCraftsupply product at any time, for any reason. It's really that simple. Just send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to FFCraftsupply for a full refund. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged.
For exchanges, please return unwanted products as normal. Then, place a new order through our website or with Customer Service.
